The Role: Investment Back Office Junior Controller
Join our team in Vilnius – You’ll play a key part in ensuring the daily accuracy and valuation of client portfolios, keeping processes precise and reliable.
What you’ll be doing:
Reconcile cash and custody accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Investigate nature of transactions ensuring correct treatment
Perform daily controls to ensure data correctness and consistency
Ensure private equity positions are correctly tracked and valued
Enter transactions for private equity, derivatives, and similar instruments
Contribute to continuous improvement projects, refining processes and strengthening controls
What we’re looking for:
A strong interest in investments and finance
Value precision, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional attitude with a passion for doing great wor
Bring experience in account reconciliation or other finance related transactions such as trade processing or settlements
Are flexible and adaptable — able to plan your day effectively while adjusting quickly when new challenges arise
