The Role: Investment Back Office Controller
Join our team in Vilnius – You’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure client portfolios are always accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
What you’ll be doing:
Reconciling high-attention cash and custody accounts
Investigating nature of transactions ensuring correct treatment
Performing various controls ensuring data correctness
Training and mentoring junior staff
Driving process improvements that make us faster and smarter
Answering client questions with precision and care
Tracking and booking Private Equity, Derivatives, and other transactions
Running accuracy checks and solving data gaps with banks and managers
Setting up new securities (from derivatives to unlisted assets and loans)
What we’re looking for:
A strong interest in investments and finance
A detail-driven mindset - you spot what others miss
A positive, professional attitude with a passion for doing great work
Experience in reconciliation, investment accounting, or the broader financial industry
Someone who thrives under pressure, stays organized, and adapts quickly
