The Role: Investment Accounting & Quality Junior Controller
Join our team in Vilnius – You’ll take ownership of data quality assurance, ensuring that investment data is accurate, consistent, and well-controlled across our systems. You will be responsible for performing in-depth reviews, resolving discrepancies, and driving improvements in data handling processes. As part of these responsibilities, you will also support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly investment portfolios general ledgers (GLs), helping to maintain the integrity of our accounting framework.
What you’ll be doing:
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of client investment data through thorough reviews and quality controls
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly investment portfolios general ledgers (GLs)
Drive continuous improvements, helping us refine processes, strengthen controls, and raise the bar for quality
Identify and resolve discrepancies, working closely with relevant teams to maintain data integrity
Collaborate with the reporting and back-office teams to resolve daily and ad-hoc issues
Update and maintain client data in our external system and App
What we’re looking for:
Someone who is skilled but also passionate about getting things right
Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, seeing discrepancies as puzzles to solve, not obstacles
Carry yourself with professionalism, positivity, and the drive to deliver high-quality results
Have experience in account reconciliation, investment accounting, or the investment industry (a strong advantage, though not a must)
Someone who is confident in multitasking and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
