The Role: Investment Reporting Controller

Join our team in Vilnius – We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Investment Reporting team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting to a diverse range of clients.

What you’ll be doing:
N

Prepare comprehensive investment overview reports, covering holdings, returns, risks, and compliance

N

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting insights

N

Communicate directly with clients, handling ad-hoc queries and providing clear insights

N

Train and mentor junior controllers, reviewing their work before client delivery.

N

Review and validate reports prepared by Your colleagues, ensuring accuracy and consistency

N

Drive continuous improvements by refining reporting processes and implementing effective controls

N

Support our sales team by preparing example reports and suggesting tailored reporting services for new clients

N

Contribute to broader initiatives and projects that strengthen our investment reporting function

What we’re looking for:

A background in Accounting, Finance, Reporting or a related field

N

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

N

Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets

N

Knowledge of Power BI is considered a strong advantage
