SFO with a complex structure 

Danish Single Family Office with a wide investment universe has chosen to work together with PandaConnect. The decision was based on a solid knowledge to PandaConnect’s system, services and organisation. Based in a complex portfolio structure, the purpose of having the services is to keep the overview over all investments as a whole, but also being able to report on each entity and sub entity. After a short process of investigating PandaConnect’s skills and capabilities within portfolio administration and performance reporting we are proud to say we are now cooperating with the endowment. Amongst others, the quick process was possible due to the very fine referrals from our existing clients nearby – a large thanks from us. The goal for the client is to establish a smooth reporting process, giving the Investment Committee a solid insight in their portfolios – on a total level as well as on individual managers, funds and properties.

Clients in Luxembourg

We are happy and proud. The past week has been fantastic. The week has brought us 3 new clients, based in Luxembourg independent of each other.  The new clients are all within the Family Office business. Two of the clients are professional Single Family Offices and the third a newly started Multi Family Office. One of the SFO’s (with a background in construction and properties) found us through an independent advisor rooted in Belgium. The SFO has a long history within investments. The other SFO (with a background within retail) has +100 years history with a very modern philosophy, focusing on sustainability in their investments in all aspects. This SFO is also represented in Italy and UK. The MFO is quite new and operates out of Luxemburg and Belgium. As a newly established MFO it has been crucial, that the pricing model follows the development of the client base. Even more important – the selected solution shall strongly support the growth of the client base – both when it comes to handling a number of clients with very diversified investments as well as signaling control of their infrastructure and strong governance. We welcome our clients from Luxemburg, and look forward to a long and warm cooperation.

A brand new fund has been established on PandaConnects platform. The people behind had a great investment process, the right people and the funding – but…needed an infrastructure. With the PandaConnect solution it is possible for the fund to live up to their responsibilities from day one.

The aim of the collaboration is to create better reporting for all family members. PandaConnect will work close together with the family’s accountant in order to reach the most efficient reporting when it comes to data quality.

The list of assets includes listed and unlisted assets held through local and international custodian banks/managers.

We are super excited to start work with our new client – a Single Family Office based in Manhattan, New York. The family structure includes family members over a couple of generations, sharing the investments in various entities. The investments span from traditional liquid investments to more illiquid assets within alternative investments and PE funds across banks and managers. For making the daily day easier and reducing the workload the Client found that we were a really good match. Furthermore, it was important for the principal to reduce the dependency of single persons. We look very much forward to working close together, and we will do our very best to live up to the high expectations.

Our Multi Family Office clients have really grown, which has resulted in numerous new clients on the PandaConnect platform from the new year. Our Clients has experienced that with PandaConnect as infrastructure, they have even more resources available to take in new clients. Large Mayfair based Multi Family Office chooses PandaConnect as data-vendor.

The MFO were facing the challenge of capturing data from various data vendors and were looking for a solution that could help them with data extraction as well as transparency.

Through a third-party consultant, PandaConnect were quickly approached as a potential candidate for delivering these services. After being approved PandaConnect were able to finish implementation weeks ahead of the timeline.
